The hotel had amazing facilities including an outside bath option with the sound of the waves lapping on the shore, and a common dining room with gourmet Noto seasonal produce. The beautiful lakeside views from my room were breathtaking and the hotel's location next to the bus stop to aquarium was very convenient. The staff were excellent, taking great care of me from the moment I arrived and ensured I had a spot to park my car right beside the main entrance.
No negatives from this place.

The scenery and facilities were nice and clean. We were given a little gift on Xmas day which was a great touch. there was a shuttle bus that took us to the nearest tourist spot which saved us a lot of time and inconvenience. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean which was breathtaking.
The staff was not very accommodating nor were they welcoming which was a letdown. The set dinner and breakfast were not up to the level I was expecting, and the overall dining experience was underwhelming.

This ryokan is an ideal location for beach enthusiasts, with stunning sea views from many of the rooms. the hotel's proximity to the bus stop, aquarium, and shoreline make it a convenient spot to explore the coast. the rooms are well-designed and offer comfortable mattresses and modern bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, offering guests tasty meals, including fresh local produce, and warm hospitality. the public and private onsens both offer scenic views, and the massage chairs in the rooms are the perfect way to unwind.
Some guests may find that the food is just average compared to other local eateries.

We spent New Year's Eve at an onsen resort in Japan and had a great time. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We also enjoyed trying the traditional Japanese meals offered, which were delicious and beautifully presented. Another advantage was the outdoor bath option, which gave us the chance to relax while enjoying the sound of the waves.
That some staff were not fluent in English, which made it difficult to communicate at times. Additionally, finding the resort was a bit confusing due to the lack of signage on the road. However, once we arrived, the warm welcome and wonderful service made up for any initial confusion.
